The Luxury Lock-off Grand Villa features three separate units:

Each two bedroom unit is fully equipped with washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave,
refrigerator, and stove. Yes dishware and utensils are provided. Each unit has a living/dinning
area, and   kitchen area.  Single bedroom units may not have a stove or washer/dryer, yes
everything else. All  bedrooms have a bath and large screen cable TV, the living area also has
a large screen cable TV. The units are  located in the Westgate Vacation Villas / Town Center
Resort in, Kissimmee  Florida. This Westgate Resort is a five star resort,
(www.westgateresorts.com) located one mile from Disney World Parks, only minutes from
Universal Parks, and other Orlando attractions.

Resort outside features:
Swimming pools, hot tubs, tennis and basketball courts, and bicycles. Now under
construction,A water sports facility. Owners and guests staying at the more  then
2,600 villas will be able to enjoy dinning, shopping, and nightlife without leaving the
resort.

offers flexible arrival times, (fri,sat,sun).

Select from 45 weeks yearly at no additional charge.

Selected Prime Weeks:
6-7 Daytona 500, 14-15 Spring Break, 26 Fourth of July, and
51-52 Christmas/New Year, May be available,
a additional charge of $250.00 will be applied.

This rental week, or owner weeks can be exchanged with any other Westgate Resort Property.

Just a word about us:

We are retired, my wife and I have owned a timeshare at Westgate Vacation Villas / Town
Center since 1993. Our family and friends have enjoyed many weeks at this and other
Westgate Resorts.
It is our wish to provide your family with a vacation they will remember for the rest of
their lives, as ours have.
In 2002 we had the opportunity to purchase two four bedroom lock-off Luxury Grand Villa units,
to provide true family style vacationing, we hope to rent and/or sale these units.
It is our intensions to keep the rental rates as low as possible, or sell far below the
resort price.
These units are located in Building 5700 over looking a lake and the Promenade Area at
Westgate Vacation Villas & Town Center Resort., Kissimmee, FL.
